Check-up

From previous work with care homes across Dorset and through our ongoing engagement with local care providers and the public, we were aware that care homes (both residential and nursing) were often finding it difficult to access dental care for their residents. 

In order to find out the extent of the issues locally, we undertook a survey that asked every care home in Dorset about their experiences of accessing dental services, including whether they were experiencing any barriers, and what areas for improvement they would identify.
