Our community investment projects support local community groups to help more people. These activities tackle issues ranging from support for people with cancer to helping children with special needs.

This report gives a snapshot of the wide range of community investment projects that we funded over the previous 18 months.

We’ve invested over £11,000 in community projects across Dorset:

  • Tuesday Club & Purbeck Workshop
  • Group of Kindness & Cycling Without Age
  • Ocean Academy & New Beginnings
  • Harlequin Care & Charmouth Library
  • SHARES & Hurting 2 Healing
  • Up and Down & Craft in Mind
  • DWWP & BSO Cake Concert
  • Butterflies & Marnhull Men’s Shed
  • #LifeUnfiltered & Lyme Forward.
