Fobbed off

Local people's feedback regarding their experiences of making a complaint about NHS Foundation Trust services in Dorset.

We wanted to find out how people felt about the process of making a formal complaint and whether that process was fit for purpose. We also wanted to be broad in our approach and give everybody who has brought a complaint against one of our NHS Foundation Trusts across Dorset in the previous year (2015) the opportunity to tell us about their experiences of the complaints system.
